Volleyball

Competition in volleyball is held in junior boys’ and junior girls’ classes. Play begins with a round-robin tournament followed by a medal round based upon the final rankings in round-robin play. Two gold ulus (one for boys, one for girls) are awarded in this sport. Teams consist of 10 athletes and one coach. Teams that regularly participate in volleyball include Alaska, Yukon, Alberta North, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
